Due to business growth we recently installed the Schafer Racking system throughout our warehouse. The new system is double the height of our old system providing us with a 60% increase in storage without having to move to new premises.

With the top bay sitting at 4 metres high we further invested in a Crown walk behind stacker (1000kg capacity) to complement the racking system and take advantage of narrower isles between racks giving us an even bigger racking foot print than the original system. We have a variety of beam sizes to create light duty shelving for picking and heavy duty beams (2700 kg/shelf) for bulk storage with the capacity per column of up to 16200 kg.

In conjunction with our cloud based stock management system we have complete control over bin location and picking procedures.
